📝 個人簡歷 (Biography)
鄭建民,國立中山大學電機研究所博士,目前為本系教授兼微電子組召集人。鄭教授成立及主持微波介電陶瓷實驗室,其研究領域主要在最上游的電子材料、薄膜、元件之製程,包含:各類功能性陶瓷(微波介電、鐡電、壓電)、薄膜記憶體(鐡電、電阻式)、高分子/陶瓷複合材料、陶瓷螢光粉體、陶瓷微波元件(天線與濾波器)、陶瓷生醫天線、節能減碳以及綠能相關主題等。
至目前為止鄭教授已發表六十餘篇SCI/EI期刊論文與數佰篇國內外研討會論文,以及出版二篇鐵電記憶體相關英文專業書籍,擔任包含IEEE等近二十項頂尖SCI專業期刊之編審以及研討會審稿委員,自2010年起共執行了8項科技部研究計畫並且4度榮獲科技部特殊優秀研究人才獎勵,近年來更致力於綠能電子領域之研究,且於2015和2016年分別通過經濟部能源局委託科技部之能源科技研究計畫與能源科技代辦計畫(全國僅通過50件,其中私校僅10件)。
鄭教授可擔任物理學、電路學、工程數學、電子學、電子材料、有機發光二極體、電子陶瓷、薄膜工程、半導體元件物理、科技論文寫作等課程之授課工作。
