📝 個人簡歷 (Biography)
邱裕中,國立成功大學電機工程研究所博士,目前為本系教授兼【光電與積體電路故障分析中心】執行長。邱教授之研究領域為氮化物半導體元件與故障分析之開發與研究,至今共發表了70篇相關國際期刊論文,22項專利,並自102年起連續3年獲得科技部特殊優秀人才獎勵的殊榮。
邱教授進入本校服務之前任職於台灣積體電路公司,對於IC設計及製作技術上有實務上的經驗,因有感於台灣南部在於材料與元件故障分析之技術服務普遍落後,且本校位於南科周邊有責任與義務來協助南科廠商解決問題,因此2012年在學校的協助下成立【光電與積體電路故障分析中心】,協助企業改善製程與元件良率問題,獲得奇景光電、晶元光電、新世紀光電、聯勝光電、聯亞光電等上市櫃公司產學合作案,產學合作金額共計壹仟陸佰多萬元。
